Canada, New Zealand, Israel, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are high-risk destinations: +15% insurance on the whole order. We do not ship to Africa or South America. What is the minimum order?
One kit. A kit is 10 vials of one product in one sealed box. Mix as many products as you like.
How fast is domestic delivery?
Domestic orders ship from U.S. stock by FedEx 2-Day once your payment is confirmed. Most arrive within a week of payment confirmation. Carrier delays can happen, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Do I need an account or approval?
No account. Place your order and pay manually. We may ask for organization details before confirming a first order.
How do I pay?
Manual payment only: stablecoin, bank transfer or Zelle. After you submit, you see the total and payment instructions with your order reference. Your order is confirmed once we review the payment. We never take cards.
I resell. Can I list your kits?
Yes. Many buyers are sellers and distributors. You are responsible for selling them lawfully and only for research use where you operate.
How do I reorder?
After your first order, the catalog shows a Reorder button that refills your cart with your last order. Adjust quantities and check out.
What does Paused mean on a lane?
We only take orders we can ship. When a lane is paused the site says so and checkout for that lane is closed, so nobody pays for an order that can't go out. Your saved order stays in your browser for when the lane reopens.
Why are some kits missing internationally?
Some kits are only held in U.S. stock right now. The catalog switches when you change the lane, so you only see what ships to you.
Do you provide COAs?
Most kits have a View COA button that opens a shared third-party report on COA Coalition. Reports are not matched to a specific lot. If no report is on file for a product, the catalog says COA pending.
Do you give dosing or use advice?
No. Products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. We do not answer dosing, preparation or use questions.
Who pays customs and duties?
On international orders the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for local rules, customs and duties.
