Wholesale terms.
Plain terms for every wholesale order. By submitting an order request you accept them.
Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. We do not give dosing, preparation or use advice, and we may decline or cancel any order that suggests otherwise. Buyers must be 18 or older and responsible for following the laws that apply where they are.
Orders
The minimum order is one kit (10 vials of one product). A sale is made only when we receive and confirm your payment. If an item is unavailable we tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.
Payment
Wholesale is paid manually only (stablecoin, bank transfer or Zelle). Instructions are shown at checkout with your order reference, or sent only from elev8telabs@gmail.com. We never take cards.
Shipping and customs
Shipping is charged at cost and shown at checkout. Domestic U.S. orders ship from U.S. stock. International orders ship direct; transit is an estimate of 10 to 12 business days after payment is confirmed and is not guaranteed. International buyers are the importer of record and are responsible for customs, duties and local rules. Some destinations require insured express shipping, included in the checkout total.
Discrepancies and damage
Wholesale orders follow the same returns and discrepancy policy as our retail store: email elev8telabs@gmail.com with your order reference within 72 hours of the carrier's delivery confirmation, and send one continuous, unedited unboxing video within 5 days of delivery. Claims without the video are not approved; non-delivery claims rely on carrier tracking. Approved claims get a replacement or a refund of the affected items. Research materials cannot be restocked once they leave us, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Documentation
Where a third-party COA is on file for a product, we link the shared report from COA Coalition. Reports are not matched to a specific lot. We do not make purity, sterility or testing claims beyond what that document shows.
